These images are all digitally drawn by us.
Once we receive your order and photo's we will start the design process
and send you a proof of print to approve before we print.
If we don't receive a message back within the timescale we will go ahead
with the print to hit our order timeline and shipping schedule.

The photo's we need are looking forward and a good quality photo, please make sure all the head is in the picture
the better quality pictures you send the better the outcome.
All photo's can be sent with names attached to us via etsy messege.
Print & frame will come as a white A4 frame.
Print only will be a A4 print on a high quality photo paper.
Digital print will be emailed to you as a Jpeg image, please contact us if you would
like a different file format.
For the digital file we will email to you, you can print off and use that file as much as you like
and you will have use of that file forever.
